House Of The Rising Sun

The Animals，60年代英伦一支杰出的迷幻/R&B乐团，虽然并不为常人所知，然而多年后的今天，我们依稀尚可听闻些许他们当年的杰出。The Animals成立于1960年，解散于1966年；其后1962年加入该乐团的重要成员Eric Burdon成立了新的乐团New Animals。2000年左右曾发行过一张精选集《Eric Burdon & The Animals》，足见Eric Burdon对乐队举足轻重的作用。The Animals的重要作品有：Mickie Most, these being I’m crying, Don’t let me be misunderstood，Bring it on home to me，We gotta get out of this place和It’s my life. 当然也有这首最最最负盛名的改编自Josh White版民谣曲风的《House Of The Rising Sun》。
